Good to know

Questions, answered.

Do you follow my nutritionist's or coach's plan?

Yes. Send the macros, targets, or meal framework your team sets and Chef Mark builds the menus around those numbers — you're not handed a generic athlete plan.

Can you cook for a weight cut?

Yes. Fight-week menus are built cut-aware: controlled sodium, smart hydration-friendly foods, and portions that track with your cut plan.

Where do you cook?

In your kitchen, or Chef Mark cooks and delivers fresh across the Las Vegas valley — whichever fits your camp schedule.

How far ahead should I book?

As soon as your camp dates are set. Camp slots are limited each month, and fight-week calendars fill first.

Will you post about working with me?

Never without your written permission. Discretion is part of the service — no photos, no names, no posts unless you sign off.
